Service Data definition

Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.
Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.
Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.

Examples of Service Data in a sentence

  • Any such third-party service providers will only be given access to Service Data and Personal Data as is reasonably necessary to provide the Services and will be subject to (a) confidentiality obligations which are commercially reasonable and substantially consistent with the standards described in this MSA; and (b) their agreement to comply with the data transfer restrictions applicable to Personal Data as set forth below.

  • Unless otherwise specifically agreed to by Motion, Service Data may be hosted by the Motion, or its respective authorized third-party service providers, in the United States or other locations around the world.

  • Motion may receive, collect, store and/or process Service Data based on Motion’s legitimate interest in operating the Services.

  • Buyer Data All data supplied by the Buyer to the Supplier including Personal Data and Service Data that is owned and managed by the Buyer.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that Motion may use third-party data processors engaged by Motion who receive Service Data from Motion for processing on behalf of Customer and in accordance with Customer’s instructions (as communicated by Motion) and the terms of its written subcontract (the “Sub-Processors”).


More Definitions of Service Data

Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service, which may include, without limitation, Personal Data (but shall not include the Personal Data of Your Agents in the context of Account Information as described in the Privacy Policy).
Service Data means any and all data (other than Customer Data) relating to, either directly or indirectly, the operation, support and/or Customer’s use of the Software including but not limited to query logs.
Service Data is data provided by you for the purpose of facilitating the Services. Service Data includes but is not limited to, product information included in feeds and transaction detail information such as unit prices and cart values.
Service Data means any Party’s Personal Data (that is not Contact Data) held within the Parties’ systems, applications or databases and that may be accessed, processed, used or stored as a consequence of performing the services under the Agreement.
Service Data means any electronic data, communications or other materials, including Personal Data, which is collected, stored, transmitted or otherwise processed via Pancake Services, by, or on behalf of, Customer and Customer’s end-users.
Service Data means any information and data relating to the access, use, and/or performance of the Entrust Technology, including data generated in connection with Customer’s and/or Users’ use of the Entrust Technology (e.g., analytics data, statistics data and performance data). Service Data does not include Authentication Records, Customer Data, Profiles, or Personal Data.
Service Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(c).
