Reference Document definition

Reference Document and “Guidance Document” each means:
Reference Document has the meaning assigned to it in the Project Agreement. “Relief Event” has the meaning set forth in the Project Agreement.
Reference Document means those documents listed as Reference Documents in the Table of Contents.
