Finance Documents definition

Finance Documents means these Bond Terms, the Bond Trustee Fee Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Bond Trustee as a Finance Document.
Finance Documents means this Agreement, the Master Agreement, the Security Documents, any Fee Letter and any other document designated as such by the Agent and the Borrower and “Finance Document” means any one of them.

  • The Obligors are not, will not be entitled to and will not claim sovereign immunity for itself or any of its properties, assets, revenues or rights to receive income from any contract, suit or from the jurisdiction of any court, from execution of a judgment suit, execution, attachment or other legal process in any proceedings in relation to the Finance Documents.

  • The Borrower expressly waives off requirement of any notice under the Finance Documents or otherwise and further undertakes not to challenge/question the decision/discretion/opinion/actions of the Lender including liquidating the Security or any part thereof and/or appropriation of sale proceeds and/or calling for any additional Security.

  • Any and all disputes, claims, differences arising out of or in connection with the Finance Documents and the Schedule of Terms attached thereto or compliance with the provisions of the Finance Documents shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendments thereof and shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Lender.

  • Upon execution of a Schedule of Terms pursuant to this Agreement, the Facility provided there under shall be deemed to have been provided pursuant to this Agreement and the terms and conditions of this Agreement together with the Finance Documents shall govern the terms and conditions of such Facility.

  • The award given by the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all the parties to the Finance Documents.


More Definitions of Finance Documents

Finance Documents means all of them, collectively.
Finance Documents means the documents defined in the Facility Agreement as Finance Documents.
Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Security Documents, the Trustee Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Trustee as a Finance Document.

Finance Documents means this Agreement, any Compliance Certificate, any Fee Letter, any Hedging Agreement, any Utilisation Request, the Security Documents and any other document (whether creating a Security Interest or not) which is executed at any time by any of the Obligors or any other person as security for, or to establish any form of subordination to the Finance Parties under this Agreement or any of the other documents referred to herein or therein and any such other document designated as “Finance Document” by the Agent and the Borrower.
