Finance Documents definition

Finance Documents means these Bond Terms, the Bond Trustee Fee Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Bond Trustee as a Finance Document.
Finance Documents means this Agreement, the Security Documents, any Fee Letter and any other document designated as such by the Agent and the Borrowers and “Finance Document” means any one of them.

Examples of Finance Documents in a sentence

  • The Issuer will not carry out any other business than business contemplated by these Terms and Conditions and the other Finance Documents.

  • The Issuer does not comply with the Finance Documents, in any other way than as set out under Clause 12.1 (Non-Payment) above, provided that the Agent has requested the Issuer in writing to remedy such failure and the Issuer has not remedied the failure within fifteen (15) Business Days from such request (if the failure or violation is not capable of being remedied, the Agent may declare the Notes payable without such prior written request).

  • However, the Agent is not responsible for the execution or enforceability of the Finance Documents or the perfection of the Transaction Security.

  • The Issuer shall not provide any loans, guarantees, or other financial assistance to or on behalf of any other Person other than pursuant to the Finance Documents.

  • Each Guarantor hereby undertakes without limitation to adhere to the terms of the Senior Finance Documents and to comply with the undertakings contained in the Senior Finance Documents to the extent applicable to the relevant Guarantor.


More Definitions of Finance Documents

Finance Documents means all of them, collectively.
Finance Documents means this Agreement, any Compliance Certificate, any Fee Letters, any Hedging Agreement, any Utilisation Request, the Security Documents and any other document (whether creating a Security Interest or not) which is executed at any time by any of the Obligors or any other person as security for, or to establish any form of subordination to the Finance Parties under this Agreement or any of the other documents referred to herein or therein and any such other document designated as a “Finance Document” by the Agent and the Borrower.
Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Security Documents, the Trustee Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Trustee as a Finance Document.
Finance Documents means together:
Finance Documents means the Terms and Conditions, the Subordination Agreement, the Security Documents, the Guarantee Agreement, the Trustee agreement between the Trustee and the Issuer and any other document designated to be a Finance Document by the Issuer and the Trustee.
Finance Documents means, collectively, the Credit Documents, the Secured Risk Management Agreements and the Cash Management Agreements.
