Reference line definition

Reference line means the line on the manikin reproduced in Annex 3, Appendix 1, Figure 1, to this Regulation.

Reference line means a straight line which, either on a test manikin having the weight and dimensions of a fiftieth percentile adult male or on a test manikin having identical characteristics, passes through the joint of the leg with the pelvis and the joint of the neck with the thorax.
