Reference Market Dealers definition

Reference Market Dealers means three leading dealers, banks or banking corporations (but excluding any affiliate of the Calculation Agent) which deal in the Reference Currency, as determined by the Calculation Agent (and the definition of "Reference Market Dealers" in FX Linked Provision 10 shall be amended and construed accordingly).
Reference Market Dealers means leading dealers, banks or banking corporations which deal in NGN, selected by the Calculation Agent, acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner;
Reference Market Dealers means each of the following banks or, if such bank is no longer in existence or is, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent no longer and active dealer in GHS foreign exchange, such other leading dealers, banks or banking corporations which deal in GHS selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion.
