Reference Underlying definition

Reference Underlying means the Reference Underlying as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Reference Underlying means, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms, (i) the meaning given to it in the Applicable Schedule or (ii) if there is no Applicable Schedule, the reference underlying as specified in the applicable Final Terms.
Reference Underlying means the index as specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Hedging Agreement Provider means any Person that enters into a Secured Hedging Agreement with a Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries that is permitted by Section 6.1(d) to the extent such Person is a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or any other Person that was a Lender (or an Affiliate of a Lender) at the time it entered into the Secured Hedging Agreement but has ceased to be a Lender (or whose Affiliate has ceased to be a Lender) under the Credit Agreement.

  • Original Value The lesser of (a) the Appraised Value of a Mortgaged Property at the time the related Mortgage Loan was originated and (b) if the Mortgage Loan was made to finance the acquisition of the related Mortgaged Property, the purchase price paid for the Mortgaged Property by the Mortgagor at the time the related Mortgage Loan was originated.

  • Calculation Agency Agreement means the Calculation Agency Agreement, dated as of December 21, 2006 between the Company and the Calculation Agent, as amended from time to time, or any successor calculation agency agreement.
