Reference Year definition

Reference Year shall have the meaning given it in the Summary.

Reference Year means, with respect to any Pricing Certificate, the fiscal year ending immediately prior to the date of such Pricing Certificate.

Examples of Reference Year in a sentence

• In accordance with the rules specified in Sections 6.1, 6.2 and (where appropriate) 6.3, above, the new set of data will be used to establish a new Reference Year Market Flow.
