References to Conditions. Any reference herein to the "Conditions" is to the terms and conditions of the Notes scheduled to the Fiscal Agency Agreement and any reference to a numbered "Condition" is to the correspondingly numbered provision thereof.

  • References to Conditions References herein to the Conditions shall be to the Terms and Conditions of the Notes as set out in Schedule A to the Fiscal Agency Agreement (as defined below), as supplemented, replaced and modified by the Final Terms, but, in the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Conditions and the information in the Final Terms, the Final Terms will prevail.
