Referral Company definition

Referral Company means a company formed and registered under the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) and approved by the Authority under sub- regulation (3) of regulation 6 except as otherwise permitted in these regulations;
Referral Company means the Company associated with the “Referral Participant” that voluntarily entered into the Program “Agreement” that is also an existing WeaveIQ Inc customer.
