Commercial Subscriber means a subscriber who causes the signals of TV channels to be heard or seen by any person for a specific sum of money to be paid by such person.
Active Subscriber means a Subscriber who has been authorized to receive signals of Zee Group Channels as per the subscriber management system and whose set top box has not been denied signals. “Total Active Subscribers
Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.
Buyer has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
the Buyer means the person who accepts a quotation or offer of the Seller for the sale of the Goods or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller;
Purchaser means the organization purchasing the goods.
Residential Subscriber means any Person who receives Cable Service delivered to Dwelling Units or Multiple Dwelling Units, excluding such Multiple Dwelling Units billed on a bulk-billing basis.

Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.
The Vendor means the person, firm, company or organization on whom the Purchase Order is placed and shall be deemed to include the vendor’s successors, representative heirs, executors and administrator as the case may be. It may also be referred to as Seller, Contractor or Supplier.
Contributor means Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and subsequently incorporated within the Work.
U.S. Purchaser is (a) any U.S. Person that purchased Units, (b) any person that purchased Units on behalf of any U.S. Person or any person in the United States, (c) any purchaser of Units that received an offer of the Units while in the United States, (d) any person that was in the United States at the time the purchaser’s buy order was made or the subscription agreement for Units was executed or delivered;
Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
LIHTC means the low-income housing tax credit established by TRA 1986 and which is provided for in Section 42 of the Code, as amended, or any successor thereto.
Investor means the Buyer, any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a Buyer assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement, and any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a transferee or assignee assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement.
Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere. Buyer’s Group means the Buyer, any subsidiary of the Buyer, any holding company of the Buyer and any subsidiary of any holding company of the Buyer, from time to time.
The Subscribing Reinsurer s share in the attached Contract shall be separate and apart from the shares of the other reinsurers, and shall not be joint with the shares of the other reinsurers, it being understood that the Subscribing Reinsurer shall in no event participate in the interests and liabilities of the other reinsurers.
LNP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.1.1.
Daily Simple SOFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Daily Simple SOFR.
MTS means the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, a public agency created pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 120050 et seq.
Buyer Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”
