Referring Member means the Member who introduces a new Member to the Company, either through a Company-generated electronic communication or otherwise, and under whose Member Identification the new Member registers. A Referring Member’s name and e-mail address must be input, either automatically or manually, at Registration. A Referring Member may be a Trust Member, a Reward Member, or a Club Member.

  • Other Member means a Voting Member who is not an Eligible Account Holder or a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder.

  • Participating member means a member who is required to make mandatory contributions by the applicable retirement act to his or her health reimbursement account.

  • Proposed Transferee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Junior Member means a registered Member of the Club who is younger than 18 years of age.

  • Clearing Member means a registered broker-dealer which is a clearing member under the rules of O.C.C. and a member of a national securities exchange qualified to act as a custodian for an investment company, or any broker-dealer reasonably believed by the Custodian to be such a clearing member.
