Refined Coal definition

Refined Coal means refined coal produced at the Facility from coal.

Refined Coal means a liquid, gaseous, or solid fuel produced from coal by the Facilities that produces, upon sale to an Unrelated Person, a Section 45 Credit.

Refined Coal means the coal-based solid fuel product that is eligible for Section 45 Tax Credits and produced by Producer at the Facility while it is located on the Facility Land.

Examples of Refined Coal in a sentence

• Lessee shall only use the Facility for the production of Refined Coal.

• If Lessee does not elect to exercise its termination right, a Renewal Term shall automatically commence and this Lease shall continue to renew for successive Renewal Terms thereafter until the termination of the Section 45 Credit for Refined Coal produced by the Facility.

• Thereafter, if the Section 45 Credit for Refined Coal produced by the Facility is extended, Lessee shall be entitled in its sole discretion to terminate this Lease.

More Definitions of Refined Coal

Refined Coal has the meaning given to such term in the Refined Coal Supply Agreement.

"Republic Investor" has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereof. "Republic Purchase Agreement" has the meaning set forth in Recital E. 12

Refined Coal means “refined coal” the production and sale of which qualifies for Section 45 Tax Credits.”
