Refresh Date definition

Refresh Date means (a) November 7, 2015, with respect to the Interim 2015 Financial Statements for the second fiscal quarter of 2015 and (b) March 1, 2016, with respect to the Interim 2015 Financial Statements for the third fiscal quarter of 2015.
Refresh Date means (a) May 6, 2014, with respect to the Audited Financial Statements, (b) August 5, 2014, with respect to the Interim Financial Statements for the first fiscal quarter of 2014 and (c) November 4, 2014, with respect to the Interim Financial Statements for the second fiscal quarter of 2014.
