Refreshment Stand definition
Refreshment Stand means any facility (other than a restaurant or similar permanent establishment) from which food and refreshments are for sale or sold for consumption by the public on a seasonal basis, but does not include a refreshment vehicle.
Refreshment Stand means a food stand, booth or temporary set-up that is not a restaurant or mobile canteen from which food is sold or prepared for sale and offered for consumption to the public;
Refreshment Stand means a structure, which is not able or intended to be relocated readily (not on wheels), and is designed as to be capable of being used and is used for the purpose of the sale or other dispensing of food, and/or drinks, intended for consumption by the general public.
