Refund rate definition

Refund rate means the rates at which interest is calculated for refunds to a member pursuant to Section 22-11-15 NMSA 1978, or to the beneficiary or estate of a member for refunds pursuant to Section 22-11-29 NMSA 1978. The refund rate shall be calculated based upon the process adopted by the board in its resolution entitled “the educational retirement board of trustees’ adoption of a revised process for calculating and credit interest for refunds”, June 4, 2010, or by a superseding resolution.
Refund rate means the monthly percentage rate of refunds for a Product, which is calculated by dividing (a) the total dollar amount of refunds issued by T-Mobile or Company for a Product during a calendar month by (b) the total dollar amount invoiced by T-Mobile for the Products via Direct Billing during the same calendar month and multiplying the resulting quotient by 100 to get a percentage. Refund rate means eight point zero per cent (8%) per annum.

  • Residents terminating their Agreement will be charged room rates based on the Refund/ Rate Schedule.

  • If there is a Positive Difference in Energy and the System performed above its Forecasted Annual Energy, JCI will debit Customer JCI Performance Guarantee Account with an amount equal to the difference between the Actual Energy and the Forecasted Annual Energy multiplied by the Refund Rate identified on Page 4 of this Agreement.
