Refunding Debt definition

Refunding Debt means Indebtedness for borrowed money incurred by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries after the date hereof; provided, however, the Loan and any Senior Indebtedness are not Refunding Debt.
Refunding Debt means Debt, the proceeds of which are used to refund outstanding Senior Debt.
Refunding Debt means any Debt of a Person that is deemed to be for the purpose of Refunding other Debt of such Person, as further defined in Section 5.08(b).

Refunding Debt. Indebtedness incurred by Nonaffiliated Partner to refinance the Refunded Debt on the ET Date as provided in Section 2.9 of the Participation Agreement.
