Refunding obligation definition
Refunding obligation means an appropriation obligation contracted to fund or refund all or any part of one or more out- standing appropriation obligations.
Refunding obligation means any Parity Obligation of the Metropolitan Government incurred in accordance with the terms of any Parity Obligation Agreement, the proceeds of which are used to refund any previously issued Parity Obligation.
Refunding obligation means any instrument used to refinance an existing financial obligation.
