Refurbished Equipment definition

Refurbished Equipment means equipment that was previously used and that is free from major marks, gouges, cracks, or other faults and/or blemishes, is cleared for content, contains only original equipment manufacturer parts, and is quality assurance (“QA”) tested prior to use as Replacement Equipment. (16) “Replacement Equipment” means (i) a wireless device of the same make, model and storage (but not necessarily colour), or (ii) if a device of the same make, model and storage is not in stock or the production for the Eligible Device is discontinued by the original equipment manufacturer, the replacement device will be a different model of similar feature and functionality as the Eligible Device at the time of the Service Request (but may not be the same brand or model), with the same operating system, which We provide to You in the event of a Failure of the Eligible Device. The Replacement Equipment may be new or Refurbished Equipment. Replacement Equipment becomes Protected Equipment once it has been delivered to You. (17) “Service Request” means the request for service that You file with Us when Your Protected Equipment suffers a Failure.
Refurbished Equipment means the equipment that was previously used that has been restored to like-new working conditions. Internal components within the refurbished equipment are replaced as new and it will perform like a brand new product.
Refurbished Equipment means used equipment previously manufactured and sold by AR Modular RF which AR Modular RF has restored to operating within its original specifications and renewed or refreshed by replacing, repairing, renewing or refreshing components (including thermal management components) or other restorative work. Refurbished equipment may still contain cosmetic defects, but is reworked to support a warranty period longer than that for Reconditioned Equipment.

  • All Remanufactured or Refurbished Equipment will be clearly labeled as Remanufactured equipment.

  • For the purpose of this Solicitation and resulting Master Agreement(s), Refurbished Equipment shall not have more than 750,000 original copies on it.

  • Contractor may offer Remanufactured and/or Refurbished Equipment under any Group.

  • Once the Bell Modem has been installed, to the extent installation is available, on your premises, it is non- refundable and subject to Section 5 (Product Warranty; Refurbished Equipment), it is not returnable.

  • Service and Supplies for Remanufactured and Refurbished Equipment will receive the same pricing as the published price for the Group and Segment to which it belongs.

  • Proposed Devices must be Newly Manufactured and meet the requirements of Subsection 4.4.2. Offerors are not permitted to submit Proposals for Remanufactured or Refurbished Equipment.

  • Refurbished Equipment shall be offered at a minimum discount of 10% less than the lowest priced Device of the Group and Segment to which the Refurbished Equipment belongs.
