The above warranties do not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration by Business Development Partner or Customer; non-HP supplied Software, interfacing or supplies; unauthorized modification; improper use or operation outside of the specifications for the Product; abuse, negligence, accident, loss or damage in transit; improper site preparation; or unauthorized maintenance or repair, and may be limited for Refurbished Products.
Bragi provides the following limited warranty to you if you purchased the Refurbished Product(s) from Bragi, on ▇▇▇▇▇’s website(s) (▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and sub-website), or if you purchased the Refurbished Product(s) from an authorized reseller.
This Refurbished Warranty Policy applies only to Refurbished Product(s) manufactured by or for Bragi that are marked with the “Bragi” trade name or logo and contain a valid Bragi serial number which has not been removed or altered.
No gray market, remanufactured, or refurbished products shall be listed or quoted under these BPAs. Agencies that require Remanufactured /Refurbished Products should purchase via GSA Schedule 70 (or Multiple Award Schedule contract dated October 2019 or later) or via open market channels.
All Palm Products offered for sale through the Company Stores will be offered for sale through the Employee Store, other than warranty plans, Refurbished Products, parts and bundles.
Bragi warrants that the Refurbished Product(s) will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of your purchase (“Refurbished Warranty Period”).
