Refuse cart definition

Refuse cart means a wheeled container with a watertight lid provided by the County for the collection of refuse at the residential collection point.
Refuse cart means one (1) ninety-five (95) gallon or one (1) sixty-five (65) gallon wheeled blue container/blue top to contain all refuse, trash, and/or garbage as generated by the resident and/or small commercial entity.

  • Substitute care means the out-of-home placement of a child or young adult who is in the legal or physical custody and care of the Department.

  • Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.

  • Home care means care and treatment of an insured under a plan of care established, approved in writing and reviewed at least every 2 months by the attending physician, unless the attend- ing physician determines that a longer interval between reviews is sufficient, and consisting of one or more of the following:

  • Container means any portable device in which a material is stored, transported, treated, disposed of, or otherwise handled.

  • Civil aircraft means any aircraft other than a public aircraft.

  • Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Best management practice (BMP means a structural device or nonstructural practice designed to temporarily store or treat stormwater runoff in order to mitigate flooding, reduce pollution, and provide other amenities.
