This Agreement is not an agreement of sale, and (a) no title or ownership interest in or to any LLC Property is transferred to Regal, and (b) no title or ownership interest in or to any Regal Property is transferred to LLC, as a result of or pursuant to this Agreement.
Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.
Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.
Municipal Property means all property, including lands and buildings, owned, controlled or managed by the Municipality within the Municipal Service Area;
Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.
School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.
