Regency Common Unit definition

Regency Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in Regency.

The Partnership Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period shall be determined by dividing the amount of the Partner's capital account as of the beginning of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the capital accounts of all of the Partners as of the beginning of the fiscal Period. The sum of the Partnership Percentage for each fiscal Period shall equal one hundred percent (100%).

  • Class A Common Stock means the Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Common Shares means shares of the Company's Common Stock, Class A, par value $0.0005.

  • Parent Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.

For the avoidance of doubt, Contributed Capital will not take into account distributions of the Fund’s investment income (i.e., proceeds received in respect of interest payments, dividends or fees, net of expenses) to the investors. Following the Investment Period, the Adviser may issue Drawdown Notices, and Common Unitholders will be required to make Drawdown Purchases, for the purposes described in Section 4.1(b).
