Examples of Regency Parties in a sentence

  • The Regency Parties shall have delivered or caused to be delivered all of the closing deliveries set forth in Section 2.4(a) and in the other Transaction Documents.

ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.

  • MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.

  • Backstop Parties means, collectively, the Initial Backstop Parties and the Additional Backstop Parties.

  • Concert Parties means such Persons as are deemed to be Acting in Concert with AbbVie pursuant to Rule 3.3 of Part A of the Takeover Rules.
