Regional Compact definition

Regional Compact means: the New England Board of Higher Education, Midwestern Higher Education Compact, Southern Regional Education Board or Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education.
Regional Compact means: the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE), Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC), Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) or Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE).

  • Physical Therapy Compact Commission or "commission" means the national administrative body whose membership consists of all states that have enacted the compact.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.
