National Commissioner means the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, appointed in terms of section 207(1) of the Constitution;
regional council means a regional council established under section 2 of the Regional Councils Act, 1992 (Act 22 of 1992);
National Council means the National Bargaining Council for the Clothing Manufacturing Industry, registered in terms of the Act;
Chief elected official means a chief elected official of a unit of general local government.
Regional Director means the Regional Director of the Southwestern Region of the Ministry;
Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
Deputy Commissioner means the Deputy Commissioner of the DEP Bureau of Customer Services, or designee.
National Board means the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, (NB) 1055 Crupper Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43229, whose membership is composed of the Chief Boiler Inspectors of jurisdictions who are charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the ASME Code.
Board of Commissioners means a county board of commissioners.
Community Council or “Council” means a duly elected body of MNO citizens that represents a Charter Community,
Provincial Council means a council established for a non-metropolitan province in terms of section 269 of the Constitution;
Executive commissioner means the executive
provincial director means the provincial director as defined in regulation 1 of the General Administrative Regulations, 2003;
Tax Commissioner means the tax commissioner appointed under section 121.03 of the Revised Code.
Tribal Council means the governing body of the Band established pursuant to Article X of the Constitution.
Regional District means the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Department Director means the director of the department of human rights.
municipal council or "council" means the council of a municipality referred to in section 18 of the Municipal Structures Act;
Chief Commissioner means the chief administrative officer of the County, or delegate;
Political committee means any committee, club, association, or other group of
Insurance Commissioner means the Insurance Commissioner
College board means the state board for community and
Rural community ’ means any city having a population of fewer than 50,000 or except as otherwise provided, any unincorporated area. Unincorporated areas within any county having a population of more than 100,000 are not eligible; and
School Council for a School, means the school council established for the School under the Act.
