Regional Designation definition

Regional Designation means, in respect of each Reference Entity, the relevant region attributed to such Reference Entity in the Reference Portfolio.
Regional Designation means, in respect of each Reference Entity, the relevant region attributed to such Reference Entity in Schedule B.

Examples of Regional Designation in a sentence

  • Where “Corporate” is specified as a Regional Designation with respect to a Reference Entity in Schedule B, the following provisions in this Schedule C Part 1 shall apply, determined in accordance with the other Regional Designation specified with respect to that Reference Entity in Schedule B.
