Regional Emergency Management Plans definition

Regional Emergency Management Plans means plans, programs or procedures prepared by the Regional emergency Management Organization that are intended to mitigate the effects of an emergency or a disaster and to provide for the safety, health, or welfare of the civil population of property in the event of such an occurrence, as set out in clause 2(d) of the Act;
Regional Emergency Management Plans means any plans, programs or procedures prepared and approved by the Regional Emergency Management Advisory Committee for the Municipality of the County of Colchester, the Town of Truro and the Town of Stewiacke which are intended to mitigate the effects of an Emergency or disaster and to provide for the safety, health or welfare of the civil population and the protection of property in the event of such an occurrence; and
