Regional Hauler Licensing Program definition
Regional Hauler Licensing Program means the cooperative Hauler licensing program established by joint powers agreement of February 1, 1995, by and between Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington Counties.
Regional Hauler Licensing Program means the cooperative hauler licensing program established by the joint powers agreement approved by the County Board on September 26, 2017, as may be amended from time to time, by participating metropolitan area counties.
