Regional Roads definition

Regional Roads means the roads in respect of which RMS and Council have agreed that a grant shall be made as set out in this Agreement.
Regional Roads means the roads for which the Grant is to be made as set out in this Agreement.
Regional Roads means those roads that form part of the Regional Road System and which are identified in Schedule “A” hereto.

  • Council is required to fully report on its inventory of Regional Roads under Schedule 4B, including where there is no change from previous year’s inventory.

More Definitions of Regional Roads

Regional Roads means roads in the territory of the Borrower which constitute “regional roads” within the meaning of paragraphs 8. and 9. of Article 4 of the Roads Law.
Regional Roads means those roads or parts of roads more particularly described in Schedule “C” to this Agreement as amended from time to time by the Region.
