District superintendent means the superintendent of a district or the chief administrator of a public school academy.
State superintendent means the state superintendent of public instruction.
Superintendent means the chief administrative officer of the District or his/her designee.
County Superintendent means the Executive County Superintendent of Schools designated by the Department of Education for this school district.
General supervision means that general instructions are given and tasks are undertaken to achieve the required outcomes or objectives. Discretion and choice in selecting the most appropriate method for completing the allotted tasks is expected and encouraged.
Personal supervision means the dentist is physically present in the treatment room to oversee and direct all intraoral or chairside services of the dental assistant trainee and a licensee or registrant is physically present to oversee and direct all extraoral services of the dental assistant.
Water Supervisor means the Water Supervisor of the appropriate local office of the Safe Drinking Water Branch of the Ministry, where the Works are geographically located;
Clinical supervision means direction or oversight provided either face to face or by videoconference or telephone by an individual qualified to evaluate, guide, and direct all behavioral health services provided by a licensee to assist the licensee to develop and improve the necessary knowledge, skills, techniques, and abilities to allow the licensee to engage in the practice of behavioral health ethically, safely, and competently.
Group supervision means the process of clinical supervision of no more than six persons in a group setting provided by a qualified supervisor.
Clinical supervisor means any of the following:
Community supervision means an order of disposition by the
Direct visual supervision means the supervisory dentist
Regional health planning agency means the regional agency, including the regional health planning
Planning Department means the Planning Department of the City and County of San Francisco.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Direct supervision means oversight at a distance within which:
Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.
local planning authority in relation to an area means⎯
Chief Commissioner means the chief administrative officer of the County, or delegate;
Regional means area of impact is less than "Statewide" but includes one or more regions of the state ("Northwest", Northeast", "Central", "Southwest", or "Southeast") other than the 11-county "Metro" region.
Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;
Public Service Commission means the Public Service Commission constituted under this Constitution;
Deputy Commissioner means the Deputy Commissioner of the DEP Bureau of Customer Services, or designee.
Civil Service Commission means the commission required under Section 5 of Article XI of the Michigan Constitution of 1963.
Planning Commission means the Planning Commission of the City.
Contracting Department any contracting authority as defined in Regulation 5(2) of the Public Contracts (Works, Services and Supply) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 other than the Department; "Contractor Personnel" all employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Contractor and/or of any Sub-contractor; "Contractor Software" software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services; "Crown Body" any department, office or agency of the Crown;
