Register of Members means the register of Members maintained in accordance with the Statute and includes (except where otherwise stated) any branch or duplicate register of Members.
Cost of attendance means an estimate of the student’s educational expenses for the period of enrollment and includes tuition and fees, room and board, books, supplies, transportation, loan fees, and if applicable, dependant care and costs related to disability.
Regular Attendance means your personal visits to a Physician which are medically necessary according to generally accepted medical standards to effectively manage and treat your Disability or Partial Disability.
National Register of Historic Places means the list of districts, sites, buildings, structures and objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering and culture, authorized by the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, and administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The list of Properties on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida is available from the Division.
Retailer of Record means the Retailer who is listed in EDTI’s records through the procedures outlined in its Terms and Conditions for Distribution Access Service, and thereby recognized by EDTI and the Settlement System Code, as a particular Customer’s Retailer for a Point of Service at a particular time;
Shareholder of Record means the record owner of shares issued by an Investment Company or, in the case of joint ownership of such shares, all record owners, as designated (1) in the initial account application, or (2) in writing accompanied by a signature guarantee, or (3) pursuant to procedures as set forth in the Application.
Power of Attorney means a record that grants an agent authority to act in the place of a principal.
Unit Register means the register of the Partnership for the registration and transfer of Limited Partnership Interests as provided in Section 4.5.
Registered dietitian means a person who shall be both:
PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA;
Minister of Finance means the Minister of Finance or such other person who may be designated from time to time under the Executive Council Act;
Register Function means the functions with regard to:
Share Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Trust by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the APS.
Attendance means the actual presence of an enrolled child.
Teacher of record means a teacher who meets all of the following:
Trust Register and “Trust Registrar” have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.
Record Dates means , , , , , and , and such other date as the Depositor may direct.
Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.
International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;
Central Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.
National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.
Registered Clubs Act means the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and any regulation made under the Registered Clubs Act 1976. Any reference to a provision of the Registered Clubs Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Registered Clubs Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.
Special Record Date for the payment of any Defaulted Interest means a date fixed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 307.
Land Register means the Land Register compiled under Division 2 of Part II of the Registered Land Law (2004 Revision);
Owner of record The meaning set forth in the System Description.
