Register of Debentureholders definition

Register of Debentureholders means the register maintained by the Company at its registered office and containing the names of the Debentureholders entitled to receive Interest on the Debentures;
Register of Debentureholders means the register of Debentureholders required to be maintained by the Company pursuant to Section 88 of the Companies Act, 2013.
