Register of Learning Providers definition

Register of Learning Providers means the register of learning providers in the UK, as administered by the Learning Records Service and as updated from time to time; “Register of Training Organisations” means the UK register of organisations that are eligible to receive funding and be selected to provide education and training services, as administered by the Skills Funding Agency and as updated from time to time; “Services” means the “Adult Skills Budget (ASB)” services, as defined by the Skills Funding Agency and requirements of the College identified in Schedule 1 and this Agreement; “SFA” / “The Agency” /“Skills Funding” means the Skills Funding Agency, or any replacement or successor organisation;
