Eligibility to Vote on Reliability Standards — Any person or entity may join the Registered Ballot Body to vote on Reliability Standards, whether or not such person or entity is a Member of NERC.
This Section 305 sets forth the rules pertaining to the composition of, and eligibility to participate in, the Registered Ballot Body.
Each member of the Registered Ballot Body is eligible to join the ballot pool for each Reliability Standard action.
