registered business entity definition
registered business entity means a company, including a foreign company, or a private business corporation, registered or incorporated in terms of this Act;
registered business entity means any corporation, company, firm, partnership, plant, factory, or premises registered under section 5 and belonging to any of the economic sector in the First Schedule and includes any person who is the owner or operator thereof; and
registered business entity means a business entity created by statute, registered and in good standing with its state of incorporation or formation, and having a federal Employer Identification Number (EIN). This term does not include any sole proprietorship, fictitious business name, or nonstatutory general partnership.
