Registered Name Holder definition

Registered Name Holder means the holder of a Registered Name.
Registered Name Holder means the person or company owning or otherwise controlling a Registered Name by virtue of a registration agreement with a Registrar.
Registered Name Holder means the person or entity to which a Registered Name is allocated, specifically either Motorola, or an Affiliate or Trademark Licensee.
