Registration Violation definition
Registration Violation has the meaning set forth in Section 8(a)(i).
Registration Violation means any violation of West Virginia Code 19-12-9 or Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, or 9 of this Rule related to the requirements for registering a nursery or nursery dealer.
