Regular Academic Year definition

Regular Academic Year the period from the beginning of the fall semester and continuing through the completion of the spring semester. The regular academic year does not include the summer terms or intersessions as defined in this Agreement.
Regular Academic Year means fall and spring semester at institutions operating on the semester system, or fall, winter, and spring quarter at institutions operating on the quarter system.
Regular Academic Year means that period of time extending from the beginning of the Fall Quarter through the end of the following Spring Quarter. Such definition shall include any Summer Quarter worked in lieu of a Fall, Winter, or Spring Quarter.
