Regular Runs definition

Regular Runs mean the driving assignments for Bus Drivers to transport students to/from their home and school in the A.M., P.M., and/or Noon Hour.
Regular Runs are the daily AM-PM runs which transport students to and from home and Cato-Meridian school buildings.

Examples of Regular Runs in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event First Student’s services cannot be rendered due to a building closure or other impact of the novel coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, the District shall pay First Student an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the amount owed under the Contract based upon the number of Regular Runs that would have been scheduled had schools remained open (“COVID-19 Closure Payment”).

  • Extra operators filling vacancies in Regular Runs, and operators on vacation, or who are absent for five (5) or more work days are removed from the rotation list, and their names will be reflected in the filling vacation, or the extended absence section of the Extra Board Posting Sheet.

  • Extra Runs are defined as those runs other than Regular Runs that require regular routes and schedules for a special activity.

  • Extra Operators and Regular Operators who choose to pass Regular Runs and go to the Extra Board must accept work that rightfully falls to them, whether or not such assignment provides work for a full day or only a part of a day, with the exception of any assignment with less than four (4) scheduled hours which shall be filled from the bottom of the Extra list.

  • Extra Runs are defined as those runs other than Regular Runs that require regular routes and schedules for a special activity over a period of time in excess of five (5) working days.

  • Bargaining unit drivers may bid on Field Trips and Shuttles until the point at which a bid puts their accumulated hours (including Regular Runs, Special Education Runs, and/or Sport Runs) for the week at or above 40 assigned work hours for the week.

  • As defined in Article V, Section 1, b, (1) Mid-Day Runs are all runs operated for one (1) hour or more between Regular Runs as defined in V, (1) (a) but excluding sports, field trips, and special trips.

  • Regular Runs can be increased or decreased by up to one half (1/2) hour per day to the end of the school year without reposting.

  • Regular Season means, with respect to any Season, the period beginning on the first day and ending on the last day of regularly scheduled (as opposed to exhibition or playoff) competition between NBA Teams.

  • Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

  • regular service means service rendered by an employee in the Cadre on a regular basis other than the service on contract or daily wages or ad-hoc but includes ad-hoc promotion or appointment in a cadre post through due procedure followed by regularization to the extant approved by the competent authority.

  • Regular Period means each period from (and including) the Issue Date or any Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date.
