REGULAR SHARES definition
REGULAR SHARES means those shares of Executive Common Stock designated as such pursuant to Section 2.
REGULAR SHARES. Regular shares of NIS 1 par value each of the Company's issued and paid share capital.

Class A Preferred Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).
Regular Season means, with respect to any Season, the period beginning on the first day and ending on the last day of regularly scheduled (as opposed to exhibition or playoff) competition between NBA Teams.
Regular ballot means a ballot that is not a provisional ballot.
Dividend Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable in payment of dividends payable on the Preferred Shares in accordance with the terms of the Certificate of Designation.
Class A Preferred Stock means the Class A preferred stock, nominal value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.
