Regulated Rate Customer definition

Regulated Rate Customer means an eligible customer who is not receiving electricity services from a retailer;
Regulated Rate Customer means an eligible customer who is not receiving electricity services from a retailer, as defined in Section 1(j) of the Regulated Rate Option Regulation, Alta Reg 262/2005, or such other regulations made by the Minister under Section 108 of the Act;
Regulated Rate Customer means a customer purchasing electricity services under a tariff prepared pursuant to the Regulated Rate Option Regulation;

  • Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC)” means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.
