Regulated Roaming Services definition

Regulated Roaming Services means a regulated roaming call, a regulated roaming SMS message and regulated data roaming services.
Regulated Roaming Services means either or more of the following services : regulated roaming calls as defined in Article 2 (2) h) of the Roaming Regulation, regulated roaming SMS messages as defined in Article 2 (2) k) of the Roaming Regulation, and regulated data roaming services as defined in Article 2 (2) m) of the Roaming Regulation.
Regulated Roaming Services means a regulated roaming call, a regulated roaming SMS message and regulated data roaming service, as defined in the EU Roaming Regulation.

Regulated Roaming Services means regulated roaming services within the meaning of the EU Roaming Regulation (EU) 531/2012 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 and by Regulation (EU) 2017/920 as updated by (EU).

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability. Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
