Regulation SHO definition

Regulation SHO has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(d).
Regulation SHO means Regulation SHO adopted by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission promulgated under the United States federal securities law, as amended from time to time.
Regulation SHO has the meaning set forth in Section 2(k).
