Regulatory Compliant definition
Regulatory Compliant means obtaining any and all approvals, registrations, certifications, standard compliances or other clearances required prior to the Manufacture and sale of any Deliverable and taking all necessary actions so that all Deliverables satisfy, and otherwise comply with all Applicable Laws.
