  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Lender's demand for Additional Costs shall not include any Additional Costs with respect to any period more than 180 days prior to the date that such Lender gives notice to the Borrower of such Additional Costs unless the effective date of the Regulatory Modification which results in the right to receive Additional Costs is retroactive (the "Regulatory Modification Retroactive Effective Date").

  • Retroactive Date means the date specified in the Schedule.

  • Transition Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.3.
