Examples of Regulatory Permission in a sentence

  • All Notes purchased by or on behalf of the Issuer may, subject to obtaining any Regulatory Permission therefor, be held, reissued, resold or, at the option of the Issuer, cancelled in accordance with the applicable regulations of Interbolsa.

  • No modification to these Conditions or any provisions of the Instrument shall become effective unless (if and to the extent required at the relevant time by the Relevant Regulator) the Issuer shall have given such period of prior written notice thereof required by the Relevant Regulator, to, and received Regulatory Permission therefor from, the Relevant Regulator (provided that there is a requirement to give such notice and obtain such Regulatory Permission).

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, notifications, authorizations, orders, exemptions, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by, submitted to or filed with any Regulatory Agencies, including all Product Authorizations.
