Regulatory Proceedings definition

Regulatory Proceedings means filings, notices, adjudicatory proceedings, rulemakings, enforcement actions before a Governmental Authority relating to regulatory activity, any other proceedings at or before any regulatory or administrative agency, and any investigation instituted by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of a Party in response to or in anticipation of the foregoing. The term shall also refer to appellate activities relating to any of the foregoing, including actions seeking injunctions, writs of mandamus and appeals.
