Regulatory Relief means that SBC Communications, Inc. or its Affiliates, in their sole judgment, have obtained all necessary federal and state regulatory approvals to provide landline, interLATA long-distance service pursuant to the Communications Act of 1934, as amended by The Telecommunications Act of 1996.
