Regulatory Side Letter definition

Regulatory Side Letter means that certain letter agreement dated as of the Fourth Restatement Closing Date provided by the Company to Superhero Holder and Tilray, Inc.
Regulatory Side Letter means the side letter entered into by Xx. XxXxxxxx in favour of the Company and the Investors on the date hereof;
Regulatory Side Letter means the agreement among JP Morgan and the Issuer attached as Schedule 5.1 to the Investor Rights Xxxxxxxxt.
