Rehabilitation Work definition

Rehabilitation Work means the work set out in Schedule “A” of this Agreement to be completed by the Owner.
Rehabilitation Work means rehabilitation projects and programs undertaken by the City to maintain and update existing public improvements, such as projects for street resurfacing program; bridge rehabilitation; street pavement re-striping; Americans with Disabilities (ADA) transition program; soundwall & barrier repair and renovation program; curb, gutter, & sidewalk repair program; park renovation and rehabilitation programs sports field and sports court rehabilitation and renovation programs; building repairs, replacement, renovation, and rehabilitation projects; water meter replacement program; hydrant replacement program; sewer pump station rehabilitation program; sanitary sewer assessment program
Rehabilitation Work has the meaning given in section 2.1(a)(i) below;

Examples of Rehabilitation Work in a sentence

  • Developer shall use the Rehabilitation Work Schedule, as updated from time to time, as the principal guide for scheduling and performing Rehabilitation Work; but complying with the Rehabilitation Work Schedule shall not excuse or be a defense to any failure to comply with the Performance Requirements.

  • Developer also shall perform Rehabilitation Work according to the other applicable terms of the Technical Provisions, including, when applicable, the Handback Requirements.

  • Developer shall use the results of General Inspections, Specialist Inspections and Performance Inspections to develop and update the Rehabilitation Work Schedule, to maintain asset condition and service levels, and to develop programs of maintenance and Rehabilitation Work to minimize the effect of O&M Work on Users and other members of the public.

  • The report shall describe, by location, Element as listed in the Rehabilitation Work Schedule and other component, the type of work performed, the dates of commencement and completion and the cost, as well as the total cost of all Rehabilitation Work performed during the calendar year.

  • Throughout the Term, Developer shall carry out all construction, maintenance, repair and operational activities, including Incident and Emergency response and Rehabilitation Work in accordance with the approved Transportation Management Plan.

  • Developer shall estimate the Residual Life of each Element within the Rehabilitation Work Schedule based on its Age and whether (i) the Element has performed in service in the manner and with the levels and mix of traffic and wear and tear originally expected by Developer (ii) Developer has performed Routine Maintenance of the Element, and (iii) the Element has complied throughout its Age with each applicable Performance Requirement.

  • The updated Rehabilitation Work Schedule shall show the revisions, if any, to the prior Rehabilitation Work Schedule and include an explanation of reasons for revisions.

  • During the period the Handback Requirements Reserve Account is in effect, the updated Rehabilitation Work Schedule also shall set forth, by Element, Developer’s planned draws from the Handback Requirements Reserve Account during the forthcoming calendar year.

  • Developer shall make revisions as reasonably indicated by experience and then-existing conditions respecting the O&M Limits, the factors described in Section 6.8.2, changes in estimated costs of Rehabilitation Work, changes in technology, changes in Developer’s planned means and methods of performing Rehabilitation Work, and other relevant factors.

  • If Developer has not received written comments, objections, exceptions and recommendations from IFA within the applicable time period set forth above, Developer may deliver a Notice to IFA stating that IFA’s failure to issue written comments, objections, exceptions and recommendations within ten (10) days shall constitute waiver of the right to do so with respect (and only with respect) to the subject Rehabilitation Work Schedule or update.


More Definitions of Rehabilitation Work

Rehabilitation Work means the improvements to be made to the MHP ------------------- Properties in the amounts more particularly described on Exhibit J hereto. ---------
Rehabilitation Work means any reconstruction of any portion of the Rail Line, or extensive continuous/ “end-to-end” replacement or repair of ties, roadbed, ballast, or bridges that would fall outside the definition of routine/annual maintenance provided in this Agreement. Such Rehabilitation Work must be performed in a timely manner so as to not result in Lessee breaching its service and maintenance standards under the Agreement.

Rehabilitation Work means any rehabilitation or repair work done on or in a rental space or common areas of the housing complex containing the rental space and which work was done in order to comply with any validly issued governmental order, or to repair damage resulting from fire, earthquake or other natural disaster.
